The hotel had everything we needed — clean, comfortable, and well-located with all the essentials for a good stay. Unfortunately, we had a bit of a rough night as some guests next door were having a party that went on until the early hours, which made it hard to sleep. In hindsight, I wish I had called reception sooner, because once they were notified, the noise stopped pretty quickly. Overall, it’s a good place, but a heads-up for future guests: don’t hesitate to reach out to reception if something’s off — they’re responsive and ready to

Breakfast fantastic 10/10 Staff that changed bed sheets were great especially Riski helped me and my partner and went above and beyond 11/10 for him. Good evacuation protocol and concern for peoples safety during the earthquake and the tsunami warning after the earthquake. Hotel been amazing, especially the parking for bikes and the place to order food. Security staff have been great and looked out for our safety whilst dealing with taxi drivers or food deliveries. Overall it has been the best hotel I have ever experienced!

The breakfast is amazing with so many options from Western to Asian cuisine. Great coffee and excellent service too. Housekeeping was always available and offered me water even if I didn't need cleaning service. The hotel felt like a 5 star property and the views were beautiful while enjoying meals. I will always stay here when I'm in Padang!

Free parking under the hotel was also convenient. Welcome drink at the Atmosphere lounge was a nice touch too.
